Thanks for your patience and understanding. The club is still here to help out in our community.
As well as our physical health, our emotional wellbeing and mental health is also highly important. In these current circumstances, it is important to remember that the community supports and services are still operating. Your GP is your first point of contact in relation to both physical and mental health needs. Phone a Céilí
With the Level 3 restrictions in effect now, physically visiting people is still curtailed with limited mixing up to 2 households from 18th December. But we can still make contact with those we care about and / or are cocooning, living alone or vulnerable. They would really appreciate a phone call, letter or card just to say "I'm thinking about you, keep safe and stay strong." So please, Phone a Céilí, Write a Letter, Send a Card and keep in touch over the winter months and we are always here to help in anyway.
